25th Anniversary Celebration

On October 1st, 2011, the King Edward Avenue Task Force, founded in 1986, hosted a celebration of its 25th anniversary. Former Councillor, George Bédard acted as master of ceremonies. In recognition of their many years of volunteer work, the two long-standing former chairs, Angie Todesco and Michel Vallée, were awarded with plaques of recognition. The current chair, Marc Aubin, provided a speech. Music, cake, and a formal tree planting were also part of the event.
