Historical Perspective - KEA Renewal
The King Edward Avenue Renewal was undertaken by the City of Ottawa through a contract with the Delcan Corporation between 1999 and 2002. The Task Force fought hard and won some quality of life concessions that were included in this project. The following are documents related to the history of this phase in the King Edward story.
